Bharatiya Janata Party President J.P. Nadda, who is visiting Telangana on Saturday to attend a public meeting, will later meet with ’eminent personalities’ of the state, according to his office.
Telugu actor Nithin and cricketer Mithali Raj are reportedly among those that are likely to meet the BJP President at the Novotel Hotel near Airport.
J.P. Nadda’s program in Telangana
The BJP President will offer prayers at Bhadrakali Mata temple at around 3 PM.
Mr. Nadda will then meet with the families of the Telangana Martyrs at 3.30 PM.
At 4.10 PM, the BJP leader will attend the public meeting at Arts college ground, Hanamkonda, to highlight the completion of the third phase of ‘Praja Sangram Yatra’ undertaken by the party’s state president Bandi Sanjay.
At around 7 PM, he will meet ’eminent personalities’ at Novotel Hotel before leaving.
BJP leader and Home Minister Amit Shah recently met actor Jr. NTR at the same hotel, sparking speculation. Neither BJP nor Jr. NTR revealed any political angle to the meeting.
