Late Mr. Y.S.Vivekananda Reddy’s daughter Dr. Suneetha Narreddy approached the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and requested a CBI inquiry into her father’s murder case. She submitted that there were several flaws in the investigation so far. While maintaining that she isn’t making specific allegations, she provided the High Court with a list of people that she found suspicious.
She also sought protection for herself and her husband. She stated that she and her husband apprehended danger from those who had killed her father and that she had already requested AP DGP Goutam Sawang for security in September 2019 and personally submitted a request letter at his office. Dr. Suneetha attached a copy of her letter to the DGP along with her petition.
Adjourning the case to the 6th of February, the High Court sought a response from the Government on all pleas pending before the High Court seeking a CBI inquiry into Y.S.Vivekananda Reddy’s murder.
