Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan took time out from his film shoot in Hyderabad to participate in a tree plantation program ‘Green India Challenge,’ spearheaded by TRS Leader and Rajya Sabha MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar. Other Participants included Actor Akkineni Nagarjuna, Producer Ashwini Dutt and Ramoji Film City MD Vijayeswari.
Mr. Santosh Kumar presented the Bollywood Legend with ‘Vruksha Vedam,’ a book with ‘Slokas’ and scenic photographs of greenery.
Mr. Bachchan is currently shooting for a film in Hyderabad at Ramoji Film City.
Mr. Amitabh Bachchan appreciated the program for being beneficial to the future generations and said that he too would nominate three people on this social media to plant trees.
