Several media outlets in Telangana have reported the first cases of Coronavirus in Yadadri district on May 10. The official health bulletin that is due this evening is expected to provide further details.
On Saturday, Telangana witnessed a spike in coronavirus infections with 31 new cases. Of the 31 cases reported on May 9, GHMC (Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation) accounted for 30, while one case is classified as ‘Migrant.’
The number of those who tested positive to coronavirus in Telangana now stands at 1163.
The state has reported 31 fatalities from the virus so far.
With 751 people recovered from COVID-19, 382 cases remain active.
